General Description of Requirement
The City has the following Requirements:
The City of Vancouver requires the immediate up- fitting of twenty (20) Ford Focus Electrics for use by the Vancouver Police Department (VPD). VPD may require additional up-fitting of Ford Focus Electrics or similar vehicles during the term of the contract.
