General Description of Requirement
The RFP concerns the City’s interest in obtaining resource management services to operate a world class corporate waste diversion program designed to reduce waste, increase diversion, produce high quality recyclables and create local green jobs – all with exceptional service. Details of the City’s objectives and requirements to which the RFP relates are set out in Part B of the RFP. The City welcomes proposals that are responsive to this RFP (“Proposals”) respecting innovative or novel approaches to the City’s objectives and requirements.
This RFP does not include the management of waste collected through the City’s residential curbside collection program or for waste received through the City’s recycling depot, transfer station, landfill, or street cleaning services. Other services not in scope?
