General Description of Requirement
The City is interested in selecting an entity (each, a “Proponent”) that submits a proposal
(each, a “Proposal”) with the capability and experience to efficiently and cost-effectively
meet the requirements described in this RFP. The City expects to select a Proponent to enter
into contract negotiations. The term of any agreement is expected to be 3 years, with 2
possible 1-year extensions, for a maximum total term of 5 years.
The City requires medium and small sized sweepers for the cleaning of bike lanes, seawalls and
other confined areas within the City on an as, if and when needed basis. The required
specification may vary from time to time.
