General Description of Requirement
This Request for Application (the “RFA”) provides an opportunity to submit applications for review by the City and, depending on the City’s evaluation of such application, among other factors, to potentially negotiate with the City to enter into a standing contract for procuring hired backhoes, skid steers and excavators with operator to supplement the City’s fleet.
