General Description of Requirement
This Request for Applications (the “RFA”) is an opportunity for interested persons and
organizations to submit to the City applications to qualify and potentially enter into with the
City, and perhaps, each for itself, individually, certain other interested B.C. municipalities (the “Other Interested Municipalities”), standing agreements in substantially the form shown in
Part D (each one, an “Agreement”), for terms of approximately three to five years each, to
supply from time to time, on an as, if and when requested basis, computing equipment,
supplies and related services for use and assistance in carrying out of municipal elections
and/or by-elections.
Further information regarding the equipment, supplies and services the City and the Other Interested Municipalities expect to require is set out in Part B of the RFA.
