General Description of Requirement
This Request for Applications (the “RFA”) is an opportunity for interested persons and
organizations to submit to the City applications to qualify and potentially enter into with the
City, and perhaps, for themselves, individually, certain other interested B.C. municipalities
(the “Other Interested Municipalities”), standing agreements in substantially the form shown
in Part D (each one, an “Agreement”), for terms of three(3) years each, to supply from time to
time during the term, on an as, if and when requested basis, of optical ballot tabulators,
accessories, ballots, systems & support services and related services for use and assistance in
carrying out municipal elections and/or by-elections.
Further information regarding the equipment, supplies and services the City and the Other Interested Municipalities expect to require is set out in Part B of the RFA.
