General Description of Requirement
This Request for Applications (the “RFA”) provides an opportunity to submit applications for review by the City and, depending on the City’s evaluation of such applications (each, an “Application”), among other factors, to potentially negotiate with the City to enter into a standing contract under which specific public art consulting services may be provided to the City during a period of up to approximately three to five years.
EXCEPT WHERE EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE IN APPENDIX 1 TO PART C OF THE RFA: (I) NO PART OF THE RFA CONSISTS OF AN OFFER BY THE CITY TO ENTER INTO ANY CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP; AND (II) NO PART OF THE RFA IS LEGALLY BINDING ON THE CITY.
