General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the provision of all labour, equipment,
and materials necessary to perform re-roofing work as further described in the specifications
and drawings for Roof Replacement Program 2017 on designated roof areas of the PNE Garden
Auditorium located at 2901 E. Hastings Street.
The Site is located at 2901 E. Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further
described in the Tender Documents.
The purpose of this ITT is to select a Tenderer with the capability and experience to efficiently and cost-effectively perform and complete the Work.
Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory
Information Meeting”) on Thursday March 15, 2018 commencing at 1:00 p.m.
The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be: 2901 E. Hastings Street, Vancouver,
British Columbia (The PNE Garden Auditorium). Tenderers should assemble in Parking Lot No. 1
and the meeting will move to the specific building on the site. Parking Lot No. 1 is the parking
lot just north of Hastings and Renfrew.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or prior to Wednesday March 14, 2018.
