General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the replacement of two existing shell and tube ammonia chillers, replacement of an existing high pressure receiver. Related piping and pump upgrades are included in the scope. Replacement and relocation of an MCC is also part of the scope.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
Replacement of two existing shell and tube ammonia chillers
Replacement of and existing high pressure receiver and
Piping and pump upgrades
The Site is located at 100 N Renfrew Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents, including the Site Plan attached as Appendix 3.

Information Meeting
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on June 14, 2018 commencing at 10:30am and ending at 12:00pm.
The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be: 100 N. Renfrew St., Vancouver, British Columbia. Proponents should assemble at the loading bay area, near refrigeration plant access on east side of PNE Coliseum.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email prior to June 14, 2018.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by email on or before June 22, 2018.
