General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the provision of services of an elevator
contractor in the modernization of the passenger elevator at the Heritage Hall.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
Construction and modernization of 1 (one) hydraulic elevator; and
Replacement of buried cylinder, hydraulic tank and controller, brass fixtures and COP to
match
The Site is located at 3102 Main Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Information Meeting
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory
Information Meeting”) on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 commencing at 10:00a.m.
The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be: 3102 Main Street, Vancouver, British
Columbia. Please meet in the front lobby at 10:00a.m. Street parking is available.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the
Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or
email prior to 12:00p.m., Monday, June 18, 2018.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by email on or before 12:00p.m., Tuesday, June 26, 2018.
