General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the provision of all labour, equipment, and materials necessary to perform re-roofing work as further described in the specifications and drawings for Roof Replacement Roof Replacement at 1581-1585 West 4th Avenue.
The Site is located at 1581-1585 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents.
Tenderers are invited to attend the information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on Thursday, March 29, 2018 commencing at 10:30 a.m.
The location of the Information Meeting will be: 1581-1585 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia. Tenderers should assemble in front of the Granville Island Auto Centre on West 4th Avenue. Tenderers wishing to go onto the roof must be wearing steel toed boots.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting the Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or prior to Wednesday, March 28, 2018.
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before Friday, April 6, 2018
