General Description of Requirement

The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for renovations to existing washroom facilities at various Vancouver parks, field houses and community centres.

Construction will include the following scopes of work but will not be limited to:

a. Selective demolition work;
b. Exterior glazing systems;
c. Interior improvements;
d. Electrical and mechanical work.

The Sites are further described in the Tender Documents, including the Specifications, Drawings and other Reference Documents attached as Appendix 3.

Information Meeting

MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING

Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on April 4, 2018 commencing at 9:00 am and ending at 2:00 pm. The Tenderer representative must attend each site meeting and sign the attendance form to be eligible to bid.
