General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the supply, delivery, replacement and installation of a new cooling tower and heat exchanger for 2120 Cambie Street.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to the provision of all labour, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work.
The Site is located at 2120 Cambie Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents, including the Site Plan included with the drawings.
The purpose of this ITT is to select a Tenderer with the capability and experience to efficiently and cost-effectively perform and complete the Work.
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on Friday, January 12, 2018 commencing at 11:00 am.
The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be: 2120 Cambie Street, Vancouver,
British Columbia. Tenderers are asked to assemble just inside the main entrance on Cambie
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or email prior to 4:30 pm on Thursday, January 11, 2018.
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before Friday, January 12, 2018.
