General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for re-roofing services.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to re-roofing a steep sloped, cedar shake roof and structurally upgrading the roof diaphragm to the Stanley Park Pavilion building.
The Site is located at Stanley Park Pavilion, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents, including the Site Plan attached as provided in the Drawings.
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are invited to attend a mandatory information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on October 31, 2017 commencing at 1:30 p.m.
The location of the Information Meeting will be: 610 Pipeline Road, Vancouver, British Columbia, Stanley Park Pavilion. Tenderers are asked to meet in the parking lot in front of the building.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting the Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email prior to 3:00 p.m., October 27, 2017.
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by email on or before November 14, 2017.
