General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for re-roofing services.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to removal of existing roofing system (flat roof)
and installation of new roof system (2 ply SBS membrane system) to Grandview Terrace
The Site is located at 2075 Woodland Drive, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents, including the Site Plan attached as provided in the Drawings.
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are invited to attend a mandatory information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on March 22, 2017 commencing at 10:00 a.m.
The location of the Information Meeting will be: 2075 Woodland Drive, Vancouver, British
Columbia, BC. Tenderers are asked to meet on the street in front of the building.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting the Information
Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email prior to 3:00 p.m.,
March 21, 2017.
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by email on or before April 11, 2017.
