General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the provision of general contract services for the installation of a fall protection system at the Kitsilano Arena.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
Provision of services related to the installation of a wall mounted fall protection system including replacing of anchors, upgrading of existing ladders, supplying and installing new guardrails, and providing related roofing, masonry, carpentry and cladding works to repair sections impacted by the work.
The Site is located at 2690 Larch Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents.
Tenderers are invited to attend an information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on Wednesday April 26, 2017 commencing at 11:00 AM.
The location of the Information Meeting will be held at 2690 Larch Street, Vancouver, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting the Information
Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or prior to
Tuesday April 25, 2017.
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before Thursday April 27, 2017.
