General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the supply of all labour, supervision, management, overhead, materials and other associated and necessary items for the rehabilitation of several waterfront structures and shoreline works owned and managed by the City.
The Sites are located at the following locations within Vancouver, British Columbia:
-Waterfront Road Wharf
-Expo Wharf (including Creekside Park)
-False Creek Seawall Wharf
-False Creek Revetment
-Coal Harbour Seawall
-North Fraser Landing
The Sites are further described in the Tender Documents as Appendix 3.

Information Meeting
Tenderers are asked to attend the information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on March
20, 2017 commencing at 10:00 a.m.
The location of the Information Meeting will be at Room 115, Main Floor Town Hall, City of
Vancouver, 453 West 12th Avenue, 4th Floor, V5Y 1V4.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting the Information
Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or email prior to March
20, 2017.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response
Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before April 4,
2017.
