General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for re-roofing services.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to the supply, delivery and installation of a new 6412 sq. ft. roofing system with a 5-year RCABC warranty.
The Site is located at 390 Main Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further
described in the Tender Documents, including the Site Plan attached as provided in the
The purpose of this ITT is to select a Tenderer with the capability and experience to efficiently and cost-effectively perform and complete the Work.
Tenderers are invited to attend an information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on February 2, 2017 commencing at 9:00 a.m.
The location of the Information Meeting will be: 390 Main Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Tenderers are asked to meet inside the foyer of the main entrance on Hastings Street.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting the Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email prior to 3:00 p.m., February 1, 2017.
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by email on or before February 17, 2017.
