General Description of Requirement

The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the new head float construction at the Burrard Civic Marina (the “Marina”), which includes detailed design, supply, fabrication, installation and commissioning of the new floats.

Information Meeting

Tenderers are invited to attend an information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on March 24, 2017 commencing at 1:00 p.m.

The location of the Information Meeting will be at the Burrard Civic Marina at 1655 Whyte Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia. Tenderers are asked to meet outside the Marina office building.

Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting the Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email prior to 3:00 p.m., March 23, 2017.

ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by email on or before April 12, 2017.
