General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the supply, delivery and installation of
replacement boilers and all associated mechanical equipment as per specification and drawings
stated in Appendix 3 of this ITT, for the Dunbar Community Centre.
The Contractor’s scope of work shall include, but not be limited to supply of all labour and
materials to complete the replacement of boiler systems for building heating and domestic hot
water heating system including demolition and removal of existing, sheet-metal, piping,
electrical systems and general work as shows on the drawings for fully operating and functional
systems.
A 2-year warranty will be required for both labour and materials.
The Site is located at 4747 Dunbar Street, Vancouver British Columbia V6S 2H2.

Information Meeting
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory
Information Meeting”) on
January 17, 2017 commencing at 1:00 p.m.
The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be in the Dunbar Community Centre,
4747 Dunbar Street, Vancouver British Columbia V6S 2H2. Please meet up near the front
entrance.
By attending the Mandatory Information Meeting, a Tenderer is permitting the City to publish their name and contact number in the City’s website under the respective project.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the
Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or
email prior to January 17, 2017.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response
Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before January 26,
2017.
