CLOSING LOCATION
A Response should be submitted by email to bids@vancouver.ca prior to 3:00 p.m. on April 10,
2018 (the “Closing Time”).
Each Response must be marked with the vendor’s name and the RFPQ title and number.
“Vancouver Time” will be conclusively deemed to be time in the City of Vancouver, as
indicated in the electronic timestamp the Proposal receives upon delivery to the email address
specified herein, which is in turn synchronized to Network Time Protocol (NTP) provided by the
National Research Council of Canada adjusted to local Pacific Time Zone.
Submissions received after the closing time may be returned unopened.
Fax submission will not be accepted.

General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) is inviting interest groups or teams to submit responses to this Request for Pre-Qualifications (“RFPQ”) indicating their interest and presenting their qualifications for the construction of Smithe and Richards Park in downtown Vancouver. Required expertise includes landscape and building construction.
