General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking expressions of interest (“Expressions of Interest”) from qualified and experienced vendors interested in managing and operating a water bike rental service at Vanier Park. The successful proponent will have non-exclusive rights to use a designated area of the park to establish and operate a seasonal water bike rental service in Summer 2017 and 2018 (2-year pilot program). Interested proponents are also encouraged to provide other ancillary, value-added or supporting services related to the primary water bike rental opportunity.
